Porch Pirates in Bay Isle 
January, 2020: Unfortunately, some of our neighbors have complained of porch pirates in Bay Isle.  Please be vigilant when expecting package deliveries. 

Bay Isle ARC Roof Product Update

“There are two shingle products which have already been approved for new roofing in Bay Isle: 

Atlas Pinnacle Pristine’s “Weathered Shadow” which is known to match the existing roofs, as seen at 14225 Hampshire Bay Circle     Or

Storm Master Shake\GAF Timberline HD Architectural shingles in “Weathered Wood” as seen at 14303 Hampshire Bay Circle. Note: this is an upgraded product from the original builder shingles.

These are the new products currently used on many homes in Bay Isle and can usually be approved by the ARC within a week. 

If proposing a product that the ARC has not previously reviewed, please submit a very large sample to the ARC plus the address of a physical location of a finished roof in the Winter Garden or Windermere/Ocoee area using the same proposed product and color for the ARC to view to confirm that there will be a satisfactory end result. 

Small samples do not show colors well or display any noticeable patterns so large samples or actual shingles will be required. Extra time will be required to review any unknown products, which will need to conform to the current approved products and the existing roofs in Bay Isle. This is to maintain the cohesive aesthetic appearance of the existing community.

Bay Isle Garage Sales
Bay Isle residents have the opportunity to participate in our community garage sales twice a year in April and October. Specific dates will be announced.

Overnight Street Parking / Speed Limit
Just a reminder - Overnight Street Parking on a regular basis is not permitted in Bay Isle.

New Entry Call Box System Update, Process and Implementation

June 17, 2019

Dear Bay Isle Homeowners,

As many of you are aware, our front entrance call box system is old, outdated and unsightly.  Your Board has been working on this project for some time, and is pleased to announce a system upgrade coming in July 2019.  

After reviewing several vendors/models, we have settled on the Doorking 1837-80 series entry system.  This system features RFID technology and will eliminate the need for remotes/clickers.  Simply affix your RFID tag/sticker to your windshield and pull up to the gate. The system will read your RFID tag and promptly open same.  This system is very similar to the Sunpass technology. Simply affix your RFID Infinity Tag to your windshield, adjacent to your Sunpass, if one exists, and you are all set.

Further, each residence will receive its own four-digit call box entry code to be used for manual entry (this number will be randomly generated and assigned). Bay Isle will retain Fed Ex, UPS, AmeriGas, Masey, Middleton pest control codes; You will need to supply all other vendors your newly assigned gate code.

Lastly, Bay Isle is installing a telescoping arm to be used by Orange County School Buses. This will eliminate the need for the front gates to remain open several hours a day, morning and afternoon. 

 Execution Process:

As Bay Isle is moving to a customizable system, the board will need to gather some information from each homeowner. 

Please look for a “call box registration sheet” in your mailbox on Friday, June 21st.  

Please complete the registration form and mail to Hara Management Company, attention Jim Gordon, way of the pre-paid and addressed envelope provided.

-          Bay Isle is offering 2 RFID Infinity Tags per household, free of charge 

o    Additional entry tags are available for purchase, offered at $10 each.

-          Four digit codes will be generated randomly, one per household


Your packets will be available for pickup at 14309 Hampshire Bay Circle, Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28, between 12 – 4 PM

-          Your packet will include the following:

o    # of RFID Infinity tags requested

o    Four-digit entry system code

o    Any other pertinent information regarding this project, if any

 The New Entry System will be installed and active the week of August 5th.  Please have your RFID tag affixed to your vehicle windshield for entry to the community.
