Porch Pirates in Bay Isle 

Unfortunately, some of our neighbors have complained of porch pirates in Bay Isle.  Please be vigilant when expecting package deliveries. 

Bay Isle ARC Roof Product Update

BAY ISLE ARC ROOF PRODUCTS

There are currently four (4) ARC approved roofing products for use in Bay Isle:

Atlas Pinnacle Pristine in “Weathered Wood” as seen at 14213 Hampshire Bay Circle.

GAF TIMBERLINE HD/HDZ Architectural Shingles in “Weathered Wood” as seen at 14303 Hampshire Bay Circle.

Landmark Certainteed Shingles in "Weathered Wood"

These are the new products currently used on many homes in Bay Isle and they can usually be approved by the ARC within a week. 

If you are considering a product that the ARC has not previously reviewed, please submit a minimum of 4 full shingles of the exact proposed product to the ARC plus the address of a physical location of a finished roof in the Winter Garden or Windermere/Ocoee area using the same product and color for the ARC to view to confirm that there will be a satisfactory end result. 

Small samples do not show colors well or display any noticeable patterns so actual shingles will be required. Extra time will be required to review any unknown products, which will need to conform to the current approved products and the existing roofs in Bay Isle. This is to maintain the cohesive aesthetic appearance of the existing community.

Bay Isle Garage Sales

Bay Isle residents have the opportunity to participate in our community garage sales twice a year in April and October. Specific dates will be announced.

Overnight Street Parking / Speed Limit

Just a reminder - Overnight Street Parking on a regular basis is not permitted in Bay Isle.  Violators will be towed.

Bay Isle posted Speed Limit is 25 mph.

Orange County Dog Leash Laws

Pursuant to Chapter 5, Animals, Article II, Animal Services, Section 5-33 of the Ordinances for Orange County, Florida, dogs are required to wear a leash when off the owner's property or on any piece of public property.  If an officer observes a dog a large, the officer may issue a warning/citation or seize the animal if owner cannot be located.

Bay Isle ARC Pet/Leash Guidelines

Section Z: Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the community.  All pets must be leashed when off the owner's property. Animal waste deposited on yard, green spaces, sidewalks, roads, parks or any public place is to be promptly picked up by the pet owner or walker.
